I understand I am taking on guardianship and responsibility for all minors on this registration.

First aid is not provided for this event, parents/guardians are responsible for all medication and first aid needs.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision of minors at all times, including waterfront activities. The waterfront is open only when lifeguards are on duty. Waterfront users must follow directions given by lifeguards and/or other staff.

Registration deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable, final payments are due to camp 2 weeks prior to arrival.

If a full family cancels the deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable. if a member of your registration group cancels, a $15 per person cancellation fee applies.

In order to provide a healthy environment for all, we understand the following:

• - Bullying and other harassing behavior is not tolerated
• - Pets/animals are not allowed at camp (approved service animals are allowed)
• - Camp is a substance free zone; including alcohol, tobacco, and e-cigarettes
• - Camp is a weapon free environment. Participants must not bring any kind of weapon or explosive device, including firecrackers.

I understand I,or any member of my family, should not attend camp if:

• - He/She/They are experiencing any symptoms of covid or any other communicable illness.
• - He/She/They are in the isolation and/or quarantine period for covid.

I understand we could be sent home if any member of the family is experiencing symptoms of or test positive for a communicable illness.

Breaking any of these rules gives the Camp Director the right to send participants (of any age) home without a refund.

I consent to the use of photographs of all members of my family in camp publications and social media.

I voluntarily waive any claim against the sponsoring institution, local churches and camp personel for any mishaps or lost articles, or any and all cause, which may arise in connection with activities of Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp Inc.
